1. About ProfilePort

ProfilePort is an account and profile-management portal. It lets you register an account, submit a profile for verification, and choose which affiliated publication destinations to submit that profile to.

ProfilePort itself does not publicly display profiles or any adult-oriented content. Public display, if any, happens only on the specific publication destination you choose, which is governed by its own terms for that destination's visitors.

2. Eligibility

To use ProfilePort you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Use ProfilePort only for lawful purposes.

We reserve the right to request age or identity verification where reasonably necessary.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity occurring under your account.
• Providing accurate information.
• Updating your information when necessary.

You must not share your account with another person.

4. Profile Submissions

You are solely responsible for all content you submit through your profile, including text, images, videos, prices, and contact details. By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to submit it.
• No laws are violated.
• The content is truthful to the best of your knowledge.
• No person's rights are infringed.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Anyone under 18 years of age.
• Human trafficking or exploitation.
• Forced prostitution or coercion.
• Illegal services.
• Violence or non-consensual content.
• Illegal drugs or weapons.
• Fraudulent or misleading submissions.
• Stolen photographs or copyright infringement.
• Hate speech or harassment.

A submission containing prohibited content may be removed, and the affected publication destination(s) notified, without prior notice.

6. Verification

Where available, verification only confirms that certain information was verified at the time of verification. Verification does not guarantee identity accuracy going forward, authentic photographs, or the safety of any later interaction.

7. Publication Destinations

Submitting a profile for publication does not guarantee it will be approved or displayed. Each publication destination applies its own review before any profile becomes publicly visible there, and may suspend or remove a published profile at its own discretion.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

We may suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, submit prohibited content, or attempt to compromise ProfilePort's security. You may also request closure of your own account at any time from your dashboard.

9. Intellectual Property

ProfilePort, including its design, software, and branding, remains our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or scrape ProfilePort without written permission.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

ProfilePort is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user-submitted content, the conduct of any publication destination, or interactions between users.

11. Privacy

Your use of ProfilePort is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of ProfilePort after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
