These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ProfilePort ("ProfilePort", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using ProfilePort, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use ProfilePort.

1. About ProfilePort

ProfilePort is an account and profile-management platform that provides tools for users to create, manage, verify, and submit profiles to selected publication destinations.

ProfilePort provides technology, account management, verification, and publication management services.

ProfilePort itself does not operate as a public advertising marketplace and does not directly provide, arrange, supervise, or participate in services advertised through user-created profiles.

Profiles may become publicly visible only on specific Publication Destinations selected by the user or account owner. Each Publication Destination may have its own terms, policies, and rules governing its visitors and publicly displayed content.

2. Eligibility

To use ProfilePort, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Provide accurate information.
  • Use ProfilePort only for lawful purposes.

We may request age verification, identity verification, or additional information where reasonably necessary to maintain platform safety, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Keeping your account information accurate and updated.
  • All activity performed through your account.
  • Protecting access to your account.

You must not:

  • Share your account with another person.
  • Create accounts using false identities.
  • Attempt to access another user's account.
  • Use ProfilePort for fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

If you use a third-party authentication provider, such as Google Sign-In, your use may also be subject to that provider's terms and policies.

4. Profile Creation and Submissions

ProfilePort allows users to create and manage profiles and submit them to selected Publication Destinations.

You are solely responsible for all information and content submitted through your account, including:

  • Text descriptions
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Contact information
  • Location information
  • Availability information
  • Pricing information
  • Verification information
  • Other profile-related details

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to use it.
  • The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • The content does not violate applicable laws.
  • The content does not infringe the rights of another person or organization.

5. User Content Rights and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you submit to ProfilePort.

By uploading or submitting content, you grant ProfilePort and selected Publication Destinations a limited right to store, process, display, and distribute that content only as necessary to provide the requested services.

This permission allows ProfilePort to:

  • Store submitted information.
  • Process verification requests.
  • Publish approved content to selected destinations.
  • Operate and improve platform functionality.

You remain responsible for ensuring that submitted content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

6. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following content or activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Content involving anyone under the age of 18.
  • Human trafficking or exploitation.
  • Forced or non-consensual activities.
  • Illegal services.
  • Violence or non-consensual content.
  • Illegal drugs or weapons.
  • Fraudulent or misleading information.
  • Stolen images or copyright infringement.
  • Identity impersonation.
  • Hate speech or harassment.
  • Attempts to compromise platform security.

We reserve the right to remove prohibited content, restrict accounts, or notify affected Publication Destinations without prior notice where necessary.

7. Adult-Oriented and Regulated Industries

Some Publication Destinations may operate in industries involving adult-oriented services or other regulated activities.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their activities, content, and services comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

ProfilePort does not endorse, certify, guarantee, or verify the legality of any user's activities beyond the specific verification processes explicitly provided by the platform.

8. Verification

Where available, ProfilePort may provide verification features.

Verification means that certain information was reviewed or confirmed at a specific point in time.

Verification does not guarantee:

  • Future accuracy of information.
  • Authenticity of every submitted image or statement.
  • User behaviour.
  • Safety of interactions.
  • Quality of services provided.

Verification is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of any user, profile, or service.

9. Publication Destinations

Submitting a profile through ProfilePort does not guarantee publication.

Each Publication Destination may independently:

  • Review submissions.
  • Approve or reject profiles.
  • Remove published content.
  • Apply additional requirements or rules.

ProfilePort does not control the independent decisions, policies, or operations of Publication Destinations.

Information published through a Publication Destination may become publicly accessible and may be indexed, cached, or stored by search engines and third-party services.

10. Payments and Billing

Certain ProfilePort services may require payment, including but not limited to:

  • Membership plans.
  • Premium features.
  • Publication services.
  • Agency services.
  • Other paid platform features.

Users agree to provide accurate billing information and accept responsibility for charges associated with their account.

Pricing, billing cycles, available services, and payment requirements may vary depending on selected features, locations, Publication Destinations, or applicable pricing rules.

Payments already completed may be subject to applicable refund policies, legal requirements, and service-specific terms.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently close accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Submit prohibited content.
  • Engage in fraudulent activity.
  • Attempt to compromise platform security.
  • Abuse platform functionality.
  • Create risks for other users or the platform.

You may request closure of your account through available account controls or by contacting us.

Account closure does not necessarily remove all information immediately. Certain records may be retained where required for:

  • Legal obligations.
  • Financial records.
  • Fraud prevention.
  • Security purposes.
  • Dispute resolution.

12. Intellectual Property

ProfilePort, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, interfaces, and platform technology, remains the property of ProfilePort or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce ProfilePort without permission.
  • Reverse engineer the platform.
  • Scrape platform data.
  • Use ProfilePort branding without authorization.

13. Third-Party Services

ProfilePort may use third-party services to operate the platform, including:

  • Authentication providers.
  • Hosting providers.
  • Storage providers.
  • Payment providers.
  • Security services.
  • Communication providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

ProfilePort is not responsible for the independent practices of third-party providers.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

ProfilePort is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProfilePort does not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability.
  • Error-free operation.
  • Accuracy of user-submitted content.
  • Outcomes from user interactions.
  • Conduct of users or Publication Destinations.

ProfilePort is not responsible for:

  • User-submitted content.
  • Services advertised by users.
  • Interactions between users.
  • Transactions or arrangements between users.
  • Activities occurring outside the platform.

ProfilePort does not arrange, supervise, or guarantee interactions between users or between users and visitors of Publication Destinations.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time due to:

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations relevant to the operation of ProfilePort.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights or protections you may have under the laws applicable to your location.
